Staying Anchored: What It Took to Reach the Top 4% in Real Estate

Real estate is not an easy career choice.

It’s a profession that demands endurance, discipline, and the ability to stay steady when outcomes are uncertain and the work behind the scenes feels heavy. Unlike many careers, success in real estate is not linear—and it often requires navigating pressure, responsibility, and constant change at the same time.

This year, I was recognized as a 2025 Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle award recipient, placing me in the top 4% of agents globally. While I’m proud of the recognition, what it truly represents goes far beyond production numbers.

More Than Transactions: Intestinal Fortitude

This milestone reflects intestinal fortitude—the quiet strength required to keep showing up, even when things aren’t easy.

It’s choosing consistency over comfort.

Integrity over shortcuts.

Perseverance over panic.

Real estate tests you in ways few people see. Deals fall apart. Timelines shift. Emotions run high. And still, clients need clarity, advocacy, and calm leadership. Remaining anchored through those moments is not accidental—it’s intentional.

Anchored in My Way of Doing Business

Throughout my career, my approach has remained the same:

client-first guidance, honest communication, and steady advocacy.

That philosophy has been my anchor. It’s what allows me to navigate complexity without losing alignment with my values, and it’s what sustains long-term trust—not just short-term wins.

This recognition is a reflection of staying committed to how the work is done, not just how much gets done.

Upward and Onward

Being in the top 4% globally is not an endpoint—it’s a checkpoint.

It’s confirmation that consistency compounds, that resilience matters, and that doing the right thing over time creates measurable impact. From here, the focus remains forward: continuing to serve clients with care, navigating change with clarity, and building outcomes rooted in trust.

Upward and onward.
